question about Andenes (Norway)

I would like to know, when the sea at Andenes (island of Andoya)is the most calm, because I would like to see the orka's there. I understood that this should be October, but to be sure I would like to here it from someone else.

October and november can be regarded as the only period to be able to see orka's in Norway. The sea is very changable and the climate and the wind-force cannot be predicted a half a year in advance. You just have to show up there and hope the sea is calm.
